Shipping policy
Packages are usually despatched within 2 - 3 days after receipt of payment. Most domestic parcels are shipped by Royal Mail, DPD and Hermes. Though, small and light parcels are shipped via the the UK's local art courier companies; please contact us if you wish to get further details: ivanlgrieve@icloud.com
We are not charging for our shipments, we are offering FREE shipments of the original artwork for small and medium sizes. The cost of shipping is absorbed by Ivan Grieve and includes all handling, packing and postage costs.
However for larger items and International shipments, please contact us directly for a bespoke quote. The total shipping cost varies according to the weight and dimensions of the shipment as well as destination. We will always seek to minimise the shipping costs whilst seeking to ensure that goods reach you undamaged.
Our larger items and International Shipments are shipped via DHL and are trackable, requiring a signature upon delivery. These are the approximate DHL transit times for parcels with the original art work after the parcels have been collected from the studio in Devon:
- UK 1 day
- Europe 1-2 days
- North America 2-3 days
- Australia & Asia 3-4 days
- The Middle East & South America 3-4 days
If a package has not arrived or products have arrived damaged in transit, then please contact us immediately. We shall seek to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
