Refund policy
Our Refund Policy applies to the original art work sold directly from Ivan Grieve (his studio in Devon).

Your satisfaction is a priority for us, and we thrive on exceptional customer service. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we have 30 days of the ship date return policy. Which means you have 30 days after the shipping date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (original invoice).
To start a return, you can contact us at ivanlgrieve@icloud.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as some instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged Items Policy
If an item is damaged, you must send a picture of the damaged item within 5 working days of receiving a piece of work to ivanlgrieve@icloud.com. Our team then will email you back with further return/refund instructions.
Once our team receives the item, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Custom-Made Items Policy
Custom-made pieces, including commission pieces, are made to order and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Policy
You will receive an email notification from our team when we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 20 days for your return to be processed.
