- The carriage driveway on the Sharpham Estate is a walk that I have continued to enjoy over the years. The view over looking the reed beds at Sharpham Marsh, means a lot to me.
- The tree lines have changed as a result of storms coming in from the Atlantic, even in the last couple of years I have seen and drawn as well as painted the effects of climate change.
- I have been involved with the environmental the saltmarsh project https://bioregion.org.uk/project/thesaltmarshproject/ I am keen to support the vital role that the marsh has in carbon capture and storage. The river Dart flows down to the sea at Dartmouth. The original drawing is made on watercolour board using found natural, site specific pigments that are augmented with pastel and other materials from my studio. I have shown here the working process along with some little studies made on other visits.
